HOW DO WE MATCH THE SERVICES TO YOUR INTEREST AND PREFERENCES?

I . GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The businessforecast website obtains the necessary data about users in order to properly provide the service.

2. The Website fulfils the function of obtaining information about users (hereinafter referred to as: “Users”) and their activity in the following manner:

a. By collecting, storing, saving and processing information which was submitted voluntarily and directly by Users on the webpage of the Website by completing registration forms or order forms available on-line, through email or phone contact.

b. By automatic collection through the IT system used by the Operator of the Website, including the usage of cookie files.

c. By storing the logs from the webpages of the Website by the hosting operator of the Website, i.e. the company OVH Sp. z o.o., ul. Szkocka 5 lok. 1, 54-402 Wrocław functioning at the www address www.ovh.eu

3. Personal data submitted by Users in connection with rendering services, which are specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Website, shall be processed by the Operator exclusively with the purpose of rendering those services and if the right to processing such personal data is allowed pursuant to mandatory provisions of law (art. 23 section 1 items 2–5 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection), as well as for marketing purposes,

II. THE DATA COLLECTED AND SAVED ON THE SERVER OF THE WEBSITE

1. The Website collects, stores, saves and processes the following personal information:

a. Information submitted by Users in the registration form for the purpose of registration in the Website, i.e. name and surname, company name, email address, address of residence and permanent residence, address of the company seat, phone number, NIP number, REGON number, number in KRS,

b. Information submitted by Users in the order form to place an order on the Website, i.e. name and surname, company name, email address, address of residence, address of the company seat, phone number, NIP number, REGON number, number in KRS, delivery address (shipping).

c. Other information necessary for using Services rendered through the Website including: bank account number for transfers of payments for returned or faulty products, history of orders placed by the User.

2. Additionally, the IT system of the Website automatically collects, stores, saves and processes information concerning technical and technological parameters of the connection, among others, the source where the User entered the site from, time and location of connection, IP address, requested internet address (URL), internet address from which the User entered the Website, type of internet browser and search engine, key words used by the User, other technical information transmitted through the HTTP protocol.

3. Data collected by the Website constitute a set of data or a database of potential clients recorded by the Operator in the register held by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

4. Data collected by the Operator is processed with the purpose that results from the scope of Services rendered within the frame of the webpage of the Website.

5. Data collected by the Operator is shared with third parties exclusively for the purposes necessary for providing services rendered through the Website e.g. in order to make payments for services or with the User’s consent.

6. Data collected by the Operator is shared with third parties dealing with technical maintenance of the webpage of the Website – this relates to transferring information about the owner of the registered domain to entities who are operators of internet domains, payment processors or other parties the Operator cooperates with in this scope.

7. Data collected by the Operator is shared with third parties only to the extent allowed by the law.

III. INFORMATION ON COOKIE FILES
